Returns Policy

 HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY No Exceptions (November 20-december 24th)

Gifts that are purchased from 11/20-12/24 can be returned for store credit or one-time exchange until 1/24/24.

All Holiday Sweaters, Pajamas, and Loungewear is only able to be exchanged or store credit until 12/23/23. Denoted with *** 

All Holiday Sweaters, Pajamas and Loungewear purchased 12/24/23 and after are final sale. Denoted with ***

 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ACCEPTED. 

ALL PANTIES,  ADHESIVE BRAS, SHAPEWEAR, HOSIERY, AND BODYSUITS are a final sale.

In the Mood Intimates offers a 100% guarantee on most items that if you’re in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will give a 1 time exchange  or give you a full store credit provided that you return them to us unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact within 30 days.

In accordance with federal and state health code regulations, we do not accept returns or exchange panties, bikinis, g-strings, thongs, bodysuits, shapewear panties or similar intimate items so please select these items with care. These are a final sale.

 

Returns Period

Our normal returns period is 30 days from when you receive the goods.  Only one exchange is allowed per order. Please note that Gift Box or Postage charges will not be refunded in the case of a return.

We will let you know as soon as we receive the goods, and will process your store credit or replacement as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive and process your return. We will let you know via email that we received the return and how we are processing the refund or give you timing on when the replacement will ship.

If you requested a replacement of a lower value than the returned goods, a store credit will take place. We will let you know via email when the credit will be processed. 

If you have requested replacements of a higher value, any difference due will be charged to the credit card that was used on the original order.

Gift box or shipping charges will not be refunded in the case of a return.

Final Sale Items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. This includes all sale items.

 

Return of Faulty Goods

If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should return the item to us with a note explaining what you believe the problem to be. Once we receive the faulty item we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree on the most appropriate resolution.

 

Return of Gift Items

You can return the goods via the return guidelines mentioned above and are included in your packing slip. However, please be aware that as part of the returns process, the purchaser or the goods will be notified by email of any returns or replacements. Unfortunately, we cannot prevent this from happening as it is part of our automated system.

Please note that any store credit can only be issued to the person that originally paid for the goods.

 

Important notes regarding Returns

1.Please make sure that all tags and packaging are intact, and then the items are packaged to protect their shape.

2.By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

3.We suggest you do not wear perfume or deodorant when trying on your items. These can leave marks or scents, which may cause the item to be non-returnable.

4.We also ask that due to the delicate molded structure of bra cups that you return items in a protective box to ensure full credit.

5.We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet the above conditions.

6. If you used a coupon/gift certificate, credit will be given to that first over the cash sale.

7. If a coupon is used, it may become invalid with a return if it does not hit the dollar amount needed for the coupon.(i.e. Spend $50 and get $10 off. If the return makes your total go under $50 the coupon will not  be valid and the $10 off cannot be applied)


Return shipping

For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise.

For an exchange, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. If you request a replacement item there is no charge to ship the item to you. However, if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of the additional items and shipping charges.

In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
