Shipping Policy
All products will be shipped as soon as possible subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. Standard shipping in the United States is FREE on all orders over $100. All standard shipping is done through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Rush United States delivery and Global delivery is done through FedEx.

Payment Options
In the Mood Intimates accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We do not accept checks, money orders, or COD’s.
At In the Mood Intimates, you are only charged for goods once the items ordered have been sent from the warehouse. If there are any items on your order which are not in stock you will not be charged for them until we actually ship them to you. You will be advised by e-mail (or telephone if you do not have an e-mail address) if we are unable to complete your order.
Customs and Duties
Please note that all shipments to International destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the customer’s responsibility; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Backorders
We aspire for 100% in-stock availability. If we are out of stock of a particular item where we are expecting further deliveries from manufacturers, you can still place an order. Usually reorders from manufacturers take about two to three weeks, however, it can be longer as we are dependent on the manufacturer to deliver on time. On the rare occasions that the wait time is going to be longer, you will be emailed with the option of continuing to wait or canceling the order.
Occasionally, our manufacturers sometimes discontinue lines or colors when they have promised that they would not. We have not control over this but we will let you know if we are no longer able to fulfill your order.
However, at In the Mood Intimates under all circumstances, your credit card will not be charged until your goods are shipped.
Gifts
Everyone enjoys a special gift now and then. In the Mood Intimates offers gift box service throughout the year. Whether for the Holidays, Valentine’s day, Wedding, Anniversary, or just to say I Love You. Not only will we provide a gift box but we will also wrap it for you and attach a gift card with your loving words.
To make someone's day, simply select the GIFT BOX option in the checkout process. You will be asked to specify the message you would like included. The charge for gift wrapping is $6.00.
Gift Cards
This modern version of a gift certificate makes gift-giving easy. You choose the amount, and the card keeps track of the balance. A great and easy gift for that special someone on your list. It arrives elegantly presented in a gift box, and shipping and handling charges are complimentary for standard delivery.
